How Custom Orders work

Firstly, give Mystic Oasis Designs details on the custom design you would like. Then we will  send you a quote, once you okay the work to be performed we ask for 50% upfront fee to gather necessary items for your custom order.

Secondly, once the quote has been approved, we then begin working on your custom design.

Lastly, our staff at Mystic Oasis Designs send pictures of the finished custom design product for your final approval! Most important, once we have approval, we then ship your new product to you. 

** Custom design orders take 1-2 weeks to complete; however, depending on detailing and supplies needed it may take a bit longer. If this happens, we will immediately contact you to discuss options and time frame necessary.
