Refund policy

Our #1 priority is your satisfaction.

**Please note: all our products reach customers in less than 45 days (15-60 days) and processing is done quickly.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at mysticoasisgifts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping your return:

1. Pack your items securely. Include your packing slip (not required).
2. Attach the label to the shipping box and give it to any postal worker. 
3.  We'll process your return once we receive it in our warehouse. Transit time for us to receive your return can be as long as 3 weeks from the day you send it back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not issue refunds if order does not arrive due to:

  1. Factors within your control (e.g. providing wrong shipping address)
  2. Circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster, customs delay)

Ineligible Returns:

  • We regret that: All Custom / Dropship orders are final once submitted with no exceptions.
  • Return refunds can be issued back to the original PayPal transaction within 12 months of the purchase. If the PayPal transaction has exceeded 12 months, a check will be issued to the purchaser.
  • If the original payment card has been canceled, expired, or was closed, a check will be issued to the purchaser. 
  • If we suspect a return to be fraudulent, abusive, or unduly repetitive, we reserve the right to refuse it and no returns will be granted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the purchaser's original payment method or as a gift certificate.
  • Issued refunds may take 3-5 business days to post to your payment account.
  • Refunds are issued only for returned items and do not include the cost of shipping.
